Legacy captures the essence of the community we created together - including the laughter, wisdom and vulnerability we shared around our imaginary fire. The film provides a space for the participants' stories to become an archival piece of history by documenting their time on the project. It asks as many questions as it answers, and platforms the legacies of these wonderful Caribbean Elders living, working and inhabiting this remarkable place called Croydon.

I’LL BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT
A collaboration between Nina Mdwaba (@boldieaintaboy) and Sophie Farrell (@sophhfarrell).
This spoken-word short film serves as a reflection on the Black Lives Matter movement 2016 - present, the subsequent death of George Floyd, and speaks of a black community “drowning in resilience”.
It also reflects on notions of performative allyship seen heavily demonstrated during this current climate surrounding the events and throughout history.

SEX WORK SPOKEN (2019)
A contributor-led short documentary that aims to tackle the stereotypes of sex workers presented to us in the mainstream media by giving a voice to a marginalised community.
The film presents a spectrum of subjects, discussing immigration, sexuality, media representation and societal abjection. It has an overall ethos of highlighting the progressive action which first and foremost should be taken to push for safety, security and decriminalisation.
